GAMCA Medical is a mandatory examination for expatriates seeking visas in GCC countries, ensuring they are free from communicable diseases. GAMCA Medical, also known as the Gulf Health Council’s expatriate (living or working abroad) program, is a normalized medical examination system for expatriates seeking employment or residency visas in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
All expatriates seeking employment or residency visas in GCC countries are required to undergo GAMCA Medical. This includes individuals applying for work visas, student visas, family visas, and residency permits.
The purpose of GAMCA Medical is to evaluate the health fitness of expatriates to ensure they are free from communicable diseases and other health conditions that could pose a risk to public health.

You will need to bring the following documents to your GAMCA medical appointment:

  1. Appointment slips (GCC Slip).
  2. 6 Passport Size Photos white Background only Blue background for OMAN.
  3. Kuwait – Original Visa Documents needed.
  4. Please arrive on time for your GCC Immigration Medical Examination and make sure you have all of the relevant papers for each person who has to be examined.

The GAMCA medical examination generally includes the following:

  1. A medical history review
  2. A physical examination
  3. Chest X-ray
  4. Blood tests

GAMCA medical reports are commonly available within 1 or 2 days of the examination.

If you are found to be unfit for GAMCA Medical, you will be issued a certificate stating your unfitness and the reasons for it. You may be able to reapply for GAMCA Medical after a 3 months period of time, but this will depend on the nature of your unfitness.

No, you cannot choose a specific GAMCA medical center. The medical center will be assigned to you automatically based on your selected city and country

Yes, you can change the city after generating your appointment slip, but only after the current appointment slip expires. The validity of the slip is 30 days. After that, you can generate a new slip with the desired city.

GAMCA medical reports are typically valid for 60 days from the date of the examination.

If you lose your appointment slip or GAMCA medical report, you can request a replacement by contacting GAMCA customer support.
